Hello and welcome to your dance today! We will be playing with the wonderful healing energy of spirals and circles! Take a moment to notice the ends of your arms and leg bones. They sit inside joint sockets which are round and hollow - this gives your arms and legs full range of motion in all directions! By choosing to move from those rounded ends of the bones you'll experience not only great healing in your hips and shoulders, you'll also gain greater flexibility and self-expression! Let's dance!
